Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the WPB Home Solutions app and website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

WPB Home Solutions connects you with licensed contractors for home services in Palm Beach County. You request work, we provide quotes, you approve and pay through the app, and our crews perform the work.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are good faith approximations. Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ from what was described or photographed. Material changes will be communicated and require your approval before additional work is performed.

Payments

One-time jobs typically require a 25% deposit on approval and the balance on completion. Recurring subscriptions are billed automatically each cycle to your saved payment method until you cancel. All payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers. Florida sales tax is calculated automatically where applicable.

Cancellations and refunds

Subscriptions: cancel any time in the app. Service continues to the end of the current billing cycle; no further charges will occur.

One-time jobs: deposits are refundable until work begins. Once a crew has been dispatched or materials ordered, deposits may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on circumstances.

Warranty

Workmanship on our services is covered by a five-year limited warranty from completion date. Material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer. Damage caused by weather, third parties, neglect, or modification is not covered.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WPB Home Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new effective date and notify you via the app for material changes. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
